Something just happened.Eyes on site today.
Storm, fire, flood, failure or incident. A pilot on your site the same day where we can, with imagery in your inbox while the situation still matters.
44,000+ pilots nationwide
No lock-in, ever
The first 24 hours are worth more than the next 24 days.
After an event, everything gets decided on incomplete information. Is the roof safe. How far did the water reach. Which spans are down. Do we send a crew or do we send an engineer. Every hour spent waiting for someone to physically get there is an hour of decisions made blind.
Rapid response exists to close that gap. A local pilot, dispatched fast, with imagery back the same day. It is the same capture as a standard inspection, prioritised for speed rather than price.
Video coming soon
Storm response capture, from order to imagery in one afternoon.
When people reach for this.
Storm and hail damage
Roof and property damage documented within hours, while the evidence is fresh and before remediation begins.
Flood extent
Where the water actually reached across a site or a catchment, captured before it recedes.
Fire aftermath
Structural and land assessment where it is not yet safe to send people in on foot.
Asset failure
A span down, a tank breached, a wall collapsed. See it before you decide who to send.
Insurance evidence
Timestamped, georeferenced imagery captured independently, which matters when a claim is contested.
Incident documentation
A defensible record of site conditions immediately after an event.
Fast, but not rough.
- High resolution imagery of the affected area, delivered the same day wherever possible.
- Timestamped and georeferenced so the record stands up later, including in a claim.
- 4K video where movement or context matters more than a still frame.
- A short findings summary covering what is visible and what warrants a closer look.
- Straight to your inbox or into your platform. No portal login required to see it.
If you need a full engineering assessment rather than imagery, tell us. We will capture what an engineer needs rather than what looks good.
Built to move quickly.
Mark the site
Drop a pin or draw the area. Note anything urgent in the order.
We push it to the network
Local pilots are notified immediately. Proximity matters more than anything else here.
Imagery back same day
Where weather, daylight and airspace allow. If they do not, we will tell you straight away.
See the number before you commit.
| Job | What it covers | From |
|---|---|---|
| Single site, urgent | One property or asset, prioritised dispatch. | $390 |
| Extended area | Larger site or multiple structures in one visit. | $690 |
| Multi site event response | Several locations after the same event, coordinated together. | Quoted |
| Standing arrangement | Pre agreed response for your portfolio, activated when you call. | Quoted |
Rapid response carries a premium over a standard inspection because it jumps the queue and often involves travel at short notice. If your job can wait a few days, order a standard Inspection at $350 instead and we will say so.
Need it today?
Order now and we push it to local pilots immediately.
What we will tell you before you order.
Same day is not guaranteed
It depends on daylight, weather, airspace and who is free nearby. We will tell you what is realistic when you order rather than promise and disappoint.
Active emergencies have restrictions
Airspace over an active fire or emergency operation is frequently closed to drones, and rightly so. We will not fly into a temporary restriction.
We are not emergency services
This is asset and property assessment after an event. If life is at risk, call 000 first.
Remote sites take longer
If the nearest pilot is three hours away, same day may mean late afternoon. We will be upfront about travel.
The things people actually ask.
How fast can you actually get someone on site?
In metro areas, often the same day. It depends on daylight, weather, airspace approval and pilot availability nearby. When you order we tell you what is realistic rather than promising same day and missing it.
How much does emergency drone imagery cost?
Rapid response starts from $390 for a single site with prioritised dispatch, and from $690 for an extended area or multiple structures. Multi site event response is quoted. If your job can wait a few days, a standard inspection at $350 is the better value option.
Can you fly straight after a storm or fire?
Usually yes once conditions are safe, though airspace over active emergency operations is often restricted and we will not fly into a restriction. We check airspace before dispatch and tell you immediately if there is a barrier.
Is the imagery good enough for an insurance claim?
Yes. Captures are high resolution, timestamped and georeferenced, which is what matters when a claim is disputed. Many customers order specifically to create an independent record before remediation starts.
Can you respond across multiple sites after one event?
Yes, and this is where a national pilot network earns its keep. After a widespread storm we can dispatch to many sites at once rather than working through them one crew at a time.
