You own the drone. We’ve got the pilot.
A qualified, insured, CASA-compliant pilot to fly your aircraft, on your site, on the day you need them. Anywhere in Australia. You keep the hardware, the data and the control. We just solve the hardest part.
Every licence and insurance verified
No lock-in, ever
Buying the drone was the easy part.
Plenty of organisations have made the investment. There is a Matrice in a case in a store room, a thermal payload still in its foam, and a very good reason it has not flown in six weeks.
Getting the right operator, with the right accreditation, to the right site, on the right day, is where drone programs quietly stall. It is a scheduling problem dressed up as a technology problem.
The pilot left
One trained operator on staff is one resignation away from a grounded program. The aircraft outlives the employee almost every time.
The site is nowhere near them
Your operator is in Melbourne. The asset is outside Longreach. The flight is twenty minutes and the travel is two days.
The day moved
Weather, access, a contractor running late. Rebooking an internal resource is painful. Rebooking ours is not.
A verified operator, and nothing you did not ask for.
This is deliberately a narrow product. You are not buying a managed service, a platform licence or a consulting engagement. You are buying a competent person to fly your aircraft safely and hand you the data.
- A CASA-licensed pilot operating under a valid ReOC, with currency confirmed before they can accept the job.
- Public liability insurance verified before allocation, not claimed afterwards.
- Familiarity with your airframe. We match on aircraft type and payload, not just proximity.
- Airspace and approvals handled. If the site needs authorisation, that is part of the job, not an extra.
- Your data, straight to you. Cards handed over on site, or uploaded to wherever your team already works.
- Site documentation including SWMS and JSA where your site requires it.
You keep ownership of the aircraft and the captured data. We are supplying the operator, not taking over the program.
Two very different customers, one product.
You have the drone. You do not have a pilot.
You made the capital decision. The fleet arrived. Now someone has to actually fly it, and hiring a full-time operator for intermittent work is hard to justify.
Use us as the operating layer. The aircraft earns its keep from week one, and you are not carrying a salary against a job that runs eight times a year.
We work alongside Australia’s authorised DJI distributor, so if you have bought enterprise hardware here, the aircraft in your case is one our network already flies.
Your team is good. Your team is also flat out.
Internal drone teams get built for good reasons: control, security, frequency. What they run into is capacity and geography, not competence.
Keep your crew on the work that genuinely needs them. Send us the overflow, the remote sites, the storm response, and the week everyone is on leave.
Nothing changes about how you operate. You are adding reach, not replacing a team.
Three steps, and none of them are a scoping call.
Tell us where and when
Drop a pin, pick a date. Tell us the aircraft and payload you are running so we match a pilot who knows it.
We allocate a verified pilot
Local to your site wherever possible, so you pay for flying rather than driving. Credentials checked before allocation.
They fly. You keep everything.
Your aircraft, your data, your workflow. We are the operator for the day, not a party to your data.
If it is flying commercially in Australia, we have pilots for it.
Our network flies the full enterprise range, from compact inspection aircraft through to heavy-lift survey platforms with interchangeable payloads. Tell us what is in the case and we will match on type.

Running something unusual, or a docked aircraft? Tell us the make and model at the point of ordering. If we do not have a pilot rated on it near you, we will say so rather than send someone to learn on your asset.
Built for sites that check before they let anyone on.
Larger asset owners do not care that a pilot is good. They care that a pilot is documented. Every operator in the network is verified for CASA licensing, currency and insurance before they can accept work, and we hold additional qualifications against pilot records so we can filter on them.
CASA licensed
RePL and ARN verified, operating under a valid ReOC.
Insured
Public liability confirmed before a pilot is allocated to your job.
Site tickets
White card, confined space, working at heights and similar, held against pilot records.
Client inductions
For ongoing programs we build a named pool of pilots who have completed your induction.
Being straight with you: the first job under a new site induction carries a lead time, because the induction has to actually happen. Every job after that is immediate. Anyone promising otherwise is setting you up for a bad week.
You see the number before you commit to anything.
Pilot only is priced on time on site and travel, not on a percentage of your project. Quotes are unlimited and free, so price something you are only thinking about.
| Engagement | What it covers | From |
|---|---|---|
| Half day | Up to four hours on site. Single location, your aircraft, your payload. | $250 |
| Full day | Up to eight hours. Multiple assets or a larger single site. | $450 |
| Multi-site run | Several locations across consecutive days, routed to minimise travel. | Quoted |
| Ongoing program | Recurring capture, dedicated pilot pool, your site inductions completed. | Quoted |
Remote and regional sites may carry travel time. We will show it separately rather than bury it in the rate. No subscription, no minimum spend, no contract to exit.
The things people actually ask.
Who owns the data the pilot captures?
You do. On a pilot only engagement we are supplying the operator, not the data product. Cards can be handed over on site, or we can upload to your environment if that is easier.
What if something happens to my drone?
Every pilot carries public liability insurance, verified before allocation. Cover for the aircraft itself normally sits with the owner’s own hull policy, so check what your insurer requires for third party operators before the day. We are happy to provide pilot credentials for your insurer.
Do you fly docked aircraft?
Docked systems change the job from flying to deployment, maintenance and remote operation. Tell us what you are running and we will be straight with you about whether we have the right person nearby.
Can the same pilot come back each time?
For ongoing work, yes. Continuity matters on a site, and repeat allocation is normal for programs. It is one of the reasons we build client-specific pilot pools.
We already have a drone team. Is this not competing with them?
No, and we would not pitch it that way. Internal teams get built for reasons that are usually sound. What they cannot easily solve is geography and peak load. That is the gap we fill.
What if you do not have a pilot near my site?
Then we tell you, and we tell you what the travel would cost rather than quietly loading it into the price. With 44,000 pilots we cover most of the country, but for specialist aircraft in remote areas the honest answer is sometimes that the nearest rated operator is a long way away.
