See the faultbefore it fails.
Radiometric thermal capture across roofs, switchboards, solar arrays and process plant. Every pixel carries a temperature, so you are measuring, not guessing from a colour.

No lock-in, ever
Illustration of a radiometric deliverable. Not a captured scan.
A picture of heat is not the same as a measurement.
Plenty of operators will sell you a thermal video. What you need for a report that stands up is radiometric data, where every pixel holds a temperature value you can interrogate afterwards. That is what gets delivered here.
It means an engineer can open the file six months later, click any point on the image and read the temperature at the moment of capture. A screen recording of an orange blob cannot do that.
Thermal scan output, an array with cell-level faults marked

Real order: a 358.9 hectare thermal scan over Port Kembla, priced live at $11,622. Area, altitude, overlap, image count and flight time are all shown before you commit.
What a radiometric thermal deliverable actually looks like when you open it.
What you actually get.
Formats, accuracy and turnaround, written down before you order rather than discovered afterwards.
Figures above are published specifications for the aircraft and sensor class used for this work, or typical industry ranges. They are indicative. The exact payload assigned to your job depends on the site, and we will confirm the tolerance your project needs before we fly.

Draw your site or tap the property on a map and the price appears while you are still moving the cursor. No quote request, no scoping call.
Where this earns its money.
Solar farms
Cell-level hot spots, string failures, diode faults and soiling across an array in a single pass.
Electrical assets
Switchboards, transformers, joints and terminations, surveyed live and without a shutdown.
Building envelope
Missing insulation, trapped moisture and membrane failure on roofs that nobody wants to walk.
What lands in your portal.
- Radiometric R-JPEG every pixel carries a temperature you can query later
- Matched visual imagery so a hot spot can be tied to a physical component
- Annotated findings each anomaly marked with its measured delta
- Raw files retained and delivered, not just a report
Everything comes back into your enterprise portal. Already paying for ESRI, Bentley, DroneDeploy or Pix4D? Tell us at the point of ordering and it goes straight there instead. Raw data is retained on Aerologix servers either way, so you can come back for it.
Three clicks, honestly.
Pick this product
Choose it in Order Studio. The price is worked out from your selection, so nothing happens on the map until one is picked.
Mark your site
Draw the area, drop a pin, or tap the property and we pull the registered lot boundary straight from the state cadastre.
See your price and order
The estimate updates live. A licensed, insured pilot local to your site gets dispatched from the network.
See the number before you commit.
| Job | What it covers | From |
|---|---|---|
| Single roof or switchboard | One asset, report included | $850 |
| Solar array | Per hectare on top of the base | +$30/ha |
| Multi-site portfolio | 10 or more sites | 25% off |
Pricing shown is the starting point. Order Studio calculates the real number from your actual site, including pilot travel, before you commit to anything. Quoting is free and unlimited.

Seven years of flying across Australia, turned into a price that updates as you drag the cursor around your site.
Where this is the wrong product.
Every supplier will tell you what their product does. Fewer will tell you what it does not, which is usually the more useful half.
Thermal shows symptoms, not causes
A hot joint tells you something is wrong. It does not tell you why. Pair it with a sparky, not instead of one.
Conditions matter more than the drone
Rain, high wind, wet surfaces and heavy cloud all degrade the result. We will move the flight rather than deliver something misleading.
Glass and shiny metal lie
Reflective surfaces bounce heat from elsewhere. Highly polished assets need a ground crew to interpret.
Not a substitute for a compliance inspection
Useful evidence within one. Not the whole thing.
The things people actually ask.
Is the thermal data radiometric?
Yes. You receive R-JPEG files where every pixel holds a temperature value, so the data can be re-analysed later in any radiometric viewer. You are not receiving a colourised video.
What sensitivity does the sensor have?
The sensor class used carries a NETD of 50 mK or better, meaning it resolves temperature differences of five hundredths of a degree. Confirm the exact payload for your job at the point of ordering.
Can you fly a live electrical asset?
Yes, and that is usually the point. Thermal from the air lets you survey energised equipment without a shutdown and without putting anyone on a ladder.
When is the best time to fly?
Usually dawn or dusk for building envelopes, and after several hours of solar loading for arrays and electrical assets. We will tell you rather than just turning up.
