Aerologix is an Australian drone technology and aerial intelligence company. We connect people who need aerial data with licensed pilots who can capture it, and we price the job before anyone picks up a phone.
A network, not a fleet.
Most drone companies own aircraft and hire pilots. That works until the job is 800 kilometres from the depot. Aerologix is built the other way around: a platform, proprietary software, and a network of licensed pilots who are already where the work is. It is why a single brief can cover sites in Sydney, Wagga Wagga and Port Kembla without anybody getting in a van.
That is what “Any Drone. Anywhere.” means. Not a slogan about capability, a description of the operating model.
Software we built
Ordering, dispatch, flight planning and delivery run on our own stack. The Order Studio prices a job live off the registered parcel rather than a guess at the area.
Pilots who are already there
Every pilot holds a CASA Remote Pilot Licence and flies under an Operator’s Certificate. Work is dispatched to the nearest qualified pilot rather than booked into one operator’s diary.
Yours, not ours
Raw and processed files belong to the customer. No platform licence to read back your own imagery, and no lock-in designed to make leaving expensive.
Tom Caska
Tom is the Founder and CEO of Aerologix. He is a former Qantas pilot who moved from flying aircraft to building the systems that dispatch them. With the development team he engineered the pilot app and its integration with the airspace system. The Order Studio he built himself: the map, the pricing engine, and the cadastral lookup that pulls a registered parcel boundary from the state land registry.
The practical effect is a short line between the people using the product and the person who built it. When a customer says the map is confusing, or a pilot says the brief is missing the site area, it gets fixed that week.

Tunnel smoke duct inspection, flown GPS denied
An Elios 3 inspected the internal condition of a road tunnel’s smoke duct, cutting three hours off the inspection and removing the need to close the tunnel or put an inspector into a hazardous space.
LiDAR digital twin of the Heathcote Road Overbridge
An L1 LiDAR sensor captured the overbridge at Holsworthy across two tracks of the East Hills Line, producing a point cloud and a 3D model used to design a lateral restraint solution.

Quote a number we cannot hold
Where a figure is indicative rather than confirmed, the page says so. Coverage rates, accuracies and turnaround times are scoped against your site, not borrowed from a brochure.
Sell you the wrong product
Every product page has a section explaining where that product is the wrong answer, and points you at the right one. It costs us orders. It is worth it.
Hold your data hostage
You own what we capture. There is no licence to renew in order to keep reading your own files.
